Model Railways

For many of us, our passion in modelling was originally driven by the delights of model railways. Indeed, it's still a buzz now to see a great railway in action - mostly because you know how much care and attention has gone into setting it all up.

In the UK there are some fine structures on display to the public and I guess that each of you will have your own favourites. One that is particularly fine is the York Model Railway, which includes a wonderful night scene and a Thomas the Tank Engine railway that always proves popular with kids.

For those of you wanting to expand your own collection, you'll also find that the associated shop contains plenty of engines, rolling stock and track pieces.
